Agreement for Entry and Participation in the 2025 Showcation Event
This agreement ("Agreement") is a legal understanding between Season 1 Productions LLC and its affiliates (collectively referred to as "Season 1 Productions," "we," or "us") and the individual purchasing the ticket ("Purchaser") and the individual holding the ticket ("Ticket Holder"), collectively referred to as "Attendee" or "you."
1. Acceptance of Terms
By engaging in the purchase of a ticket, attending the 2025 Showcation event ("Event"), or entering any Event facility, venue, or premise, Attendee hereby agrees to comply with all the rules, regulations, terms, and conditions set forth by Season 1 Productions and the Event, as articulated in this comprehensive document. These terms and conditions ("Terms and Conditions") are applicable to the Event and extend to the various websites operated by Season 1 Productions ("Sites").
2. Revocable License
The tickets and/or wristbands ("tickets") procured through official channels constitute a revocable license, providing Attendee with the privilege to attend the Event. This license is subject to potential revocation at any time. Any attempt to resell tickets at a price exceeding their face value is grounds for cancellation. The terms of sale are further subject to the specific terms imposed by Season 1 Productions. Furthermore, Attendee must personally retrieve the wristband at Will Call for validation of entry.
3. Assumption of Risk
In participating in the Event, Attendee expressly assumes all risks and dangers, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual Event. Attendee certifies their physical ability to engage in the Event and any associated activities or performances. This certification is made with the acknowledgment that Attendee has not received contrary advice from a qualified medical professional.
4. Release of Liability
Attendee willingly and knowingly assumes all risk and danger arising from or incidental to the Event for which the ticket is issued. This includes risks occurring before, during, or after the Event. Attendee explicitly releases Season 1 Productions and the various entities associated with the Event, including the facility, venue, premise, management, promoters, participants, performers, artists, and the ticketing services provider (collectively referred to as "Management") and all of their respective owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties"), from any and all claims that Attendee has or may have. Such claims arise from or are incidental to the Event, including those arising out of the negligence of any Released Party. Attendee accepts full responsibility and liability for their participation, encompassing property loss, personal injury, serious injury, or death, regardless of the cause, even if arising from the negligence of Season 1 Productions or third parties.
5. Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are deemed final, and no refunds will be granted for any reason. The date and time of the Event are subject to change. In the event of rescheduling or cancellation, Attendee is not entitled to a refund, except as required by law. Attendee retains the right, subject to specific conditions, (1) to use the ticket for the rescheduled Event within twelve months or (2) to exchange the ticket for another designated replacement event. Notably, tickets, vehicle passes, shuttle passes, and/or meals are non-refundable, possess no cash value, and are not redeemable for cash. Artists and set times are subject to change without prior notice. Additionally, tickets, vehicle passes, shuttle passes, and/or meals are non-exchangeable, except as expressly provided above. Complimentary tickets, vehicle passes, shuttle passes, or meals cannot be exchanged or redeemed for another ticket, pass, or consideration. Attendee explicitly agrees not to file a chargeback or any type of payment reversal for any reason.
6. Force Majeure
Season 1 Productions absolves itself from liability for acts of God, acts of nature, weather conditions, fires, floods, strikes, labor stoppages, protests, riots, civil commotion, terrorism, or other hostilities, epidemic, pandemic (including the COVID-19 pandemic), widespread plague or disease, travel bans or restrictions, sanctions, quarantine restrictions, or acts, orders, rules, or regulations of any government or governmental agency (whether domestic, federal, national, state, or local), or any other acts, matters, or things, whether or not of a similar nature, beyond the control of Season 1 Productions. In such instances, tickets, vehicle passes, shuttle passes, and meals remain non-refundable, even if the Event is terminated early, canceled, or if entry conditions are modified due to harsh weather, acts of nature, pandemic, governmental regulation, the failure to obtain required governmental permits, conditions beyond Season 1 Productions's control, or any other force majeure event.
7. Prohibited Items
Various items may be prohibited from the Event, and Attendee bears the responsibility to review and adhere to the list of prohibited items. Such items include but are not limited to pets (except registered service animals), UAVs or drones, weapons, fireworks, drugs, excessive alcohol, live plants, and any other items deemed inappropriate or unsafe by Management.
8. Entry Search
Attendee and their belongings may be subject to search for prohibited items, and Attendee consents to such searches. Refusal to consent may result in denial of entry.
9. Reservation of Rights
Management reserves the right to refuse admission, eject any person, or revoke Attendee's license to attend the Event, at the sole discretion of Management. Undesirable conduct may lead to the termination of the license, with no refund provided.
10. Shuttle Services Disclaimer
Season 1 Productions explicitly disclaims responsibility for any loss or damage to luggage or personal belongings incurred during the use of shuttle services provided for the 2025 Showcation event. Attendees acknowledge that these shuttle services are operated by third-party providers, and any issues arising during their use, including but not limited to delays, traffic conditions, or unpleasant experiences, are beyond the control of Season 1 Productions. Attendees are fully responsible for ensuring adherence to scheduled shuttle times. Season 1 Productions is not liable for any consequences resulting from Attendees missing their scheduled shuttle time, including but not limited to additional travel expenses, accommodation costs, or any other related expenses. Attendees acknowledge and accept full responsibility for their own travel arrangements in the event of missing a scheduled shuttle.
11. Photo/Video/Drones
Attendee agrees to utilize Event Imagery for personal use exclusively. Any other use requires prior written permission from Season 1 Productions. Drones are explicitly prohibited. 16. Assumption of COVID-19 Risk
Attendee voluntarily assumes all risks related to exposure or infection by COVID-19 or any other communicable disease. Attendee holds Released Parties harmless for any illness contracted at the Event.
17. Ticket Fulfillment
All tickets will be picked up at Will Call. Attendee acknowledges and agrees that Will Call is the only method of ticket delivery for the Event. International purchases must be picked up at Will Call. Season 1 Productions reserves the right to cancel or revoke tickets at its discretion.
18. Food and Food Vendors
Attendee acknowledges that food may be sold at the Event. Released Parties are not responsible for issues related to foodborne illnesses, allergies, or food brought in by attendees.
19. Provisions
Attendee must bring sufficient supplies for the duration of the Event in a potentially harsh environment.
20. Vehicle Passes
All vehicles must have a displayed car camping, parking pass, or RV pass. Vehicle passes only allow on-site driving as directed by Event staff and do not grant additional driving privileges. Unauthorized driving is prohibited.
21. Recycling/Trash Removal
Attendee agrees to use designated trash and recycling receptacles and not leave trash or recycling within the Event confines.
22. Vending without Authorization
Commercial vending is prohibited without Season 1 Productions's authorization. No promotional activity may be conducted without prior approval.
23. Compliance with Facility Rules
Attendee agrees to comply with local, state, federal, and venue rules regarding prohibited items.
24. Payment Plan
By selecting the Payment Plan payment option, the attendee agrees to the payment schedule outlined at checkout. Attendee also agrees that in the event of incomplete payments or order cancellation, attendee forfeits ticket and all funds from previous payments. Attendee may update their payment method at any time by logging in at tickets.showcation.live/bookings.
25. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Maryland. Any claim or dispute must be brought exclusively in federal or state courts in Maryland. These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire understanding between the parties and supersede prior agreements. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain unaffected.
Attendee acknowledges reading and understanding these Terms and Conditions, the waiver, release of liability, and all other Event-related information on the Sites. Attendee voluntarily assumes all rights and agrees without inducement or duress.
